Der HAIMER Centro mit integrierter Aufnahme ist ein sehr präzises und vielseitiges Zentriergerät zum schnellen und exakten Ausmitteln von Bohrungen und Wellen. Für einfachste Handhabung sorgt die integrierte Aufnahme - Aufnahme und Centro bilden eine Einheit.
Mit Centro schnell und exakt Bohrungen und Wellen ausmitteln
Der Centro wird in die Spindel der Fräsmaschine eingespannt und in die Nähe der gesuchten Achse gebracht. Der Tasteinsatz wird so eingestellt, dass die Tastkugel die Wand der Bohrung oder Welle berührt.
Messuhr immer im Blick
Der Tasteinsatz gleitet bei kleiner Spindeldrehzahl am Werkstück entlang und überträgt die Bewegung auf die Zeiger der Uhr. Das Gehäuse des Centro dreht sich nicht mit der Spindel und damit bleibt die Messuhr immer im Blickfeld des Bedieners.
Centro findet die gesuchte Achse -sicher und zuverlässig
Solange Spindel und gesuchte Achse nicht übereinstimmen, schlagen die Zeiger während der Drehung aus. Die Position der Spindel kann nun so lange korrigiert werden, bis die Zeiger der Messuhr still stehen. Jetzt ist die gesuchte Achse erreicht.

Are there any other services, such as calibration?
We offer factory calibrations and laser engravings for many of our products. We carry out both in our in-house laboratory. This only minimally extends the delivery time. We also offer DAkkS calibrations on request. If the additional option cannot be ordered for the desired product, please contact us.

Can I pay by invoice?
If you are a business customer and would like to pay by invoice, you can register via our B2B registration form. The payment option will then be activated for you.
Unfortunately, purchase on account is not possible for private customers.
Shipping & Returns
How does ASIMETO Germany ship?
We ship your package with GLS (free shipping within Germany for orders over €50), or with DHL for an additional charge.
Exception:
Surface plates (from 630 mm size) and profile projectors are shipped by freight forwarding. The costs incurred for this will be displayed at checkout.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders from Germany (standard shipping) usually reach their recipient within 1–2 business days.
How can I return products?
You can return products from your order within 30 days and receive a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are to be borne by you.
You can initiate a return in your account under "Orders" or at the bottom of the page using the "Cancel contract" button.
