Der 3D-Taster universal ist ein sehr präzises und vielseitiges Messgerät für Fräs- und Erodiermaschinen (isolierter Tasteinsatz).
Er wird in die Frässpindel bzw. den Senkkopf eingespannt und ermöglicht es, die Spindelachse exakt an Werkstück- oder Vorrichtungskanten zu positonieren. Somit können schnell und einfach Werkstück-Nullpunkte gesetzt und Längemessungen durchgeführt werden.
Die Antastrichtung ist beliebig (X/Y/Z-Achse). Die Messuhr schlägt immer in die gleiche Richtung aus und zeigt den Abstand zwischen Spindelachse und Werkstückkante an. Sobald die Anzeige auf Null steht, befindet sich die Spindelachse genau an der Werkstückkante.
Auf Anhieb, ohne langes Probieren, ohne Rechnung, ohne Vorzeichenprobleme. Das reduziert die Nebenkosten, steigert die Produktivität und entlastet die Mitarbeiter.
Zusätzliche Sicherheit bieten der vergrößerte Überfahrweg in Verbindung mit der bewährten Soll-Bruchstelle im Tasteinsatz. Für höchste Messgenauigkeit und Präzision werden alle Universal 3D-Taster bei der Montage einzeln vermessen und abgestimmt.

Why order from ASIMETO Germany?

Are there any other services, such as calibration?
We offer factory calibrations and laser engravings for many of our products. We carry out both in our in-house laboratory. This only minimally extends the delivery time. We also offer DAkkS calibrations on request. If the additional option cannot be ordered for the desired product, please contact us.

Can I pay by invoice?
If you are a business customer and would like to pay by invoice, you can register via our B2B registration form. The payment option will then be activated for you.
Unfortunately, purchase on account is not possible for private customers.
Shipping & Returns
How does ASIMETO Germany ship?
We ship your package with GLS (free shipping within Germany for orders over €50), or with DHL for an additional charge.
Exception:
Surface plates (from 630 mm size) and profile projectors are shipped by freight forwarding. The costs incurred for this will be displayed at checkout.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders from Germany (standard shipping) usually reach their recipient within 1–2 business days.
How can I return products?
You can return products from your order within 30 days and receive a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are to be borne by you.
You can initiate a return in your account under "Orders" or at the bottom of the page using the "Cancel contract" button.
