- two-part (go/no-go) from G 1 1/4
- No-go side marked in red
- packed in a plastic sleeve and in oil paper to protect against corrosion
Application:
Thread plug gauges consist of a go side and a no-go side (marked by a red ring).
The go side must be able to be screwed into the workpiece thread by hand without much effort. If this is not possible, the thread does not meet the requirements (→ no-go).
The no-go side may only be screwed into the thread by hand for a maximum of two turns. If further screwing is possible, the thread also does not comply with the required tolerances (→ no-go).
A reference temperature of 20°C applies to workpieces and gauges.

Are there any other services, such as calibration?
We offer factory calibrations and laser engravings for many of our products. We carry out both in our in-house laboratory. This only minimally extends the delivery time. We also offer DAkkS calibrations on request. If the additional option cannot be ordered for the desired product, please contact us.

How can I order from ASIMETO Germany?
You can order from us directly through our online shop, by email, or by phone.
Can you send me a written quote?
We will gladly send you a written offer by e-mail. Please contact us.
Can I pay by invoice?
If you are a business customer and would like to pay by invoice, you can register via our B2B registration form. The payment option will then be activated for you.
Unfortunately, purchase on account is not possible for private customers.
Shipping & Returns
How does ASIMETO Germany ship?
We ship your package with GLS (free shipping within Germany for orders over €50), or with DHL for an additional charge.
Exception:
Surface plates (from 630 mm size) and profile projectors are shipped by freight forwarding. The costs incurred for this will be displayed at checkout.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders from Germany (standard shipping) usually reach their recipient within 1–2 business days.
How can I return products?
You can return products from your order within 30 days and receive a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are to be borne by you.
You can initiate a return in your account under "Orders" or at the bottom of the page using the "Cancel contract" button.
