The base is made of naturally aged, dark natural hard stone. The measuring surface is refined by hand-lapping, achieving a high level of accuracy. Natural hard stone has low thermal conductivity and expansion, is non-magnetic and electrically non-conductive, rust-proof, and acid-resistant.
Perfect for use in laboratories, workshops and manufacturing environments that require precise measurements and reliability.
