Description
Fine thread plug gauge made of premium gauge steel. With a ground first thread to remove impurities from the workpiece and prevent premature breakage of the first thread.
- Metric ISO fine thread, right DIN 13
- Gauge dimensions according to DIN ISO 1502
- Good and no-go side on one handle (DIN 2240, Part 1 Form R).
- Committee side marked in red
Application:
Thread limit plug gauges consist of a go side and a no-go side (marked by a red ring).
The "go" side must be able to be screwed into the workpiece thread by hand without excessive force. If this is not possible, the thread does not meet the requirements (→ reject).
The reject side must not be able to be screwed into the thread more than two turns by hand. If further screwing is possible, the thread also does not meet the required tolerances (→ reject).
A reference temperature of 20°C applies to workpieces and gauges.
