Precision dial indicator with a precision gear mechanism for high-resolution readings. The dial indicator features a particularly sensitive measuring mechanism and minimized lateral play of the measuring pin thanks to its precise fit into the shaft. All pinions of the measuring mechanism are mounted in precision perforated blocks. A metal lifting sleeve facilitates direct removal of the measuring pin and reduces the risk of dirt ingress.
