Natural hard stone is a high-strength, extremely homogeneous, and fine-pored material with a dense structure. It has a low coefficient of thermal conductivity and expansion, is non-magnetic and electrically non-conductive, rust-proof, and acid-resistant. No greasing is required, making your granite measuring plate virtually maintenance-free.
Because the material is of high mechanical strength, its crystalline structure allows for excellent fine grinding. The measuring surface is refined by hand-lapping, achieving a high level of accuracy.
Control plates with accuracy according to DIN 876/0 are suitable for use in the measuring room. Surface deviations can be found in the size table.
