The base is made of naturally aged, dark natural hard stone. The ceramic surface offers exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and thermal stability, ensuring the highest accuracy and durability. Thanks to its smooth, non-porous surface, the table is also resistant to dirt and easy to clean.

DIN 876 Part 1 specifies the tolerances for the flatness of natural hard stone inspection plates. The flatness tolerance for accuracy grade 00 is 3 µm.
